Ground floor home five minute walk to the beach with heated pool and bikes. The home has a split floor plan with private master bedroom, ensuite bathroom, and two closets with brand new king size mattress in 2020. Two of the bedrooms feature a jack-and-jill bathroom freshly updated in 2020 with a tiled walk-in shower and queen size beds. The fourth bedroom features two twin beds and has use of a third full bathroom with brand new tiled floor in 2020. The kitchen has been updated with maple cabinets, granite counter tops, and ALL new appliances within the past three years (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and smooth top range). Because the owners regularly visit, kitchen tools and pots and pans are regularly updated to make this a great kitchen to cook in.

Summary: The home is very comfortable and in a good location walking distance to the beach. We made a lot of bike trips to the beach to watch the sunsets (you may want to bring bike lights). The home is well stocked for cooking/baking. The only thing missing was a blender. We didn't use the outside grill. There were lots of pillows on the master bed but they were all the same so couldn't find a more comfortable one. The pool was great it had a deep part, yay! We had a great sunny May. The second half of the month it got a little windy so the beach was rougher and not as clear. We probably would have liked April better for swimming/shelling but liked less people on the bike paths in May. Shelling was good on the beach by the house. Overall it was a wonderful stay, we didn't want to leave.
