The living room boasts a 55" flat screen TV and 72" electric fireplace which adds ambiance and warmth during cooler temperatures.
The King bedroom is located upstairs and includes a full tub/shower bath, 47" flat screen TV and quiet sitting/dressing area.
Outside you will find a private balcony with both a shade umbrella and an outdoor dining table with chairs. The updated lanai on the main level offers comfortable conversation seating complete with dual ceiling fans and string lights.
This space also features 2 paddle boards/life jackets, sun chairs, beach tent, sand toys and pool toys for your enjoyment.
