3 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, Pool and Bedding
Our tranquil and unique nature oasis is very close, but hidden from the typical rat race of Southern California city life.
Here we have four acres of private land, meditation gardens, tropical flowers, and a food forest. Solar heated infinity swimming pool and hot jacuzzi for year round enjoyment.
The main home has two master suites, and a third room with a detached bath.
Each room has either a full, queen, or king size bed, plus a couch that converts into a bunk bed. Therefore sleeping up to four adults in each room, and 12 adults very comfortably.
Every room has a private entrance to the outside. Including each bedroom. We can't forget to mention the game room with a professional sized pool table and wet bar. We also provide books, cards, board games and art supplies.
The downstairs unit of the building is accessed by a separate entrance, and has a private patio. It is rented out to other tenants. Please consider their concerns for a quiet space.
The shared areas of the property are all outdoors, and will be the entranceway, parking, and swimming pool area.
Surrounded by beautiful hills of green agriculture, and incredible westerly facing sunset views each night, you feel like you are far away from any stress of a city. Deep dark skies are great for viewing stars, while soaking in the jacuzzi.
During your stay we recommend hanging pool side to read a book by our waterfall feature. Watch the hawks fly above, enjoy solitude, or a relaxing happy space with friends. Take a walk around the property and pick fresh fruit to snack on. Many shady trees to picnic and relax underneath and various seating areas to enjoy.
We have vast list of resident critters and wildlife, and we embrace it! They need to live somewhere too, and with development diminishing their habitat we have learned to live together in symbiosis. They are a crucial part of our ecosystem, and create an important balance to the environment. You will hear the owls in the trees and coyotes howling. There have been sightings of bobcats, skunks and snakes. But never any dangerous encounters. Just a reminder they are here and to be aware.
We are located in the countryside of Vista, a small town in North San Diego County. Here you can enjoy a quiet peaceful space with wildlife, nearby farms, and roadside stands selling fresh fruits, vegetables, flowers and eggs.
Although you feel isolated from the busy city life we all look to escape, it's also conveniently located just a few minutes from shopping, and local restaurants.
Please note: Our on site maintenance manager also has a separate living space on property. They may be seen caring for pool, landscaping and any repairs during day time hours as needed.
