The serene villa is on a 40 acre hillside property 2 miles away from public roads and is surrounded by 100's of acres of vineyards and estate olive tree groves. Wake up to sunrises over the hilltops and wind down with views of the amazing sunsets over San Pablo Bay and Napa Valley.
You will have approx. 3000 sq ft of exclusive space in this 4000 sq ft Tuscany style villa, an infinity pool and access to our 40 acre Dan Dan Farm.
Perfect for a couple's romantic stay or a family vacation for children to enjoy our farm! We offer a unique experience of nature and the simple life at the doorstep to all that the Napa area offers.
Upstairs, you will have a 2 bedroom suite with a jack-and-jill bathroom, a sitting room off the main bedroom. Both bedrooms have balconies with gorgeous views and evening sunsets.
Downstairs, you will have a chef’s kitchen and butler pantry, living room, sitting / music room, an additional 1 ½ bathrooms and laundry room. Owner's suite & office are reserved for owner who is off-site during stay.
The property has many spaces to enjoy inside and out and the spectacular infinity pool to lounge around. Chickens, goats, horses and cows are a few minutes walk to the barn areas away from the house. You may enjoy our farm's fresh eggs and olive oil, along with other seasonal farm products.
