In the summer, practice your swing on the gorgeous grounds right outside your door or walk to the nearby rec center. During winter, you’ll have quick access to the base of Park City Mountain, 2 miles away.
This home is also steps to free public transportation and offers garage parking for added convenience.
LIVING AREA
Spanning wall-to-wall, the impressive gas fireplace with stone surround takes center stage. Unwind on the sectional sofa and watch your favorite shows on the 52” TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Whip up tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with a farm-style sink, five-burner gas range, large oven, and French-door fridge. A kitchen island creates ample space to prep meals and includes seats for four.
For formal meals, a dining table provides seating for six.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This two-story unit sleeps four guests in two bedrooms on the second floor.
The master suite beckons with a stately king bed and a Juliette balcony boasting gorgeous pond and mountain views. An en-suite bathroom features a granite vanity and tub/shower combination.
In the second bedroom, you’ll find another king bed, a 32” TV, an armchair, and a Juliette balcony with mountain views. A loft area off this room creates an additional sleeping option and includes two twin beds and an office nook.
