Sitting at 3000 ft. above sea level and with 80+ miles of hiking and mountain biking in the area there is plenty to do! Take a dip in the Middle Saluda River or following the Jones Gap Trail from swimming hole to swimming hole. This amazing property is 16 miles from Brevard where quirky shopping and great restaurants await you. It's only 9 miles from the wonderful Pretty Place Chapel. This home is the perfect home mixing rustic elegance and mountain living! The well-stocked kitchen with gas stove, is perfect for cooking any meal. There is a spot for everyone in the home: the Great Room, with comfortable seating and views has a Smart TV and gas fireplace. The Master Bedroom, with the see-through gas fireplace offers a cozy nook for reading or resting. Upstairs offers a 3rd sitting area where you will find another Smart TV. The deck provides lots of lounging opportunities along with a gas fireplace and gas grill. Or, if you prefer - the screened in porch has comfy chairs and a couch! And if you love a wood fire, head on down to the outdoor fire pit in the backyard! The Master Bedroom and Bathroom are located on the first level, while the 2 guest bedrooms and 2nd full bath are located upstairs. Each guest bedroom as a small deck with chairs off of it to sit and admire the views!
