Summary: Check in was ok, staff was friendly, no issues there. Booked a King size bed, got a room with 2 queens, but I dealt with it because those rooms were actually more expensive than the one I booked. The room does not look at all like the pictures. The latch on my door was broken so there was no security other than the door lock. The key card to get into my room kept getting deactivated every time we left the hotel and when I would go get it reactivated, all they would tell me was not to put it near my phone, which I never did because it stayed in my purse pocket the entire time. The room amenities lists daily room service, but I don’t think they ever entered my room the 3 days we stayed because the little trash I had was left the entire time and the beds were never touched. Overall, I would choose this hotel as my last resort.
