PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION THOROUGHLY AND LET US KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS. Historic Montford Neighborhood Vintage Gem: charming private 2BR apartment with private entrance. 5 block walk to downtown!
Private second floor 2BR apartment with brand new Serta Memory Foam King size bed, full bed in second bedroom, full bathroom (tub/shower combo), living room with brand new locally sourced futon style sofa bed, dining area and kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster oven, keurig (please bring your own k-cups) and electric tea kettle. THERE IS NO STOVE. Please note: the second bedroom and the kitchenette were converted from what once was a covered porch, so there is a SLIGHT slant in the floor. We think it adds to the vintage charm of this 102 year old historic home! You also have to walk through the second bedroom to get to the kitchenette. Again, the kitchenette has NO STOVE per Asheville STR regulations.

Summary: Place is not the ritz but it is super convenient and there’s plenty of room for 2-4 people. It’s in the listing the kitchen is through the second sleeping area but no big deal. Nice porch, .9 miles from downtown-Cherokee center. Will come again if going ton Asheville. The neighborhood is nice, you can walk around and there’s a lot of people walking dogs and enjoying the area.
