Montayralle is a lovely and nicely furnished holiday home for 8 people plus a baby with a large garden in the Lot en Garonnen. The house is located on more than 8000 private land and has a large private swimming pool with pool house (outdoor kitchen, shower, toilet). At only 2.7 km there is a bakery and a supermarket.
Inside
Montayralle has a cozy living room (40m2) with large patio doors which give direct access to the (covered) terrace.
There are four bedrooms in total. The first room (on the ground floor) has a double bed of 160x200 with ensuite bathroom, the second has 2 single beds of 90x200 the third bedroom has a double bed of 140x200 and a bunk bed of 90x200 each the fourth room has a 2-bed of 140x200. These last three bedrooms are located on the first floor where there is also a bathroom and toilet.
Outside
The large garden offers plenty of space to play football or simply relax by the large swimming pool. There are 8 sun loungers, parasols, a solar shower and extra tables. Very handy is the pool house with an extra (indoor) shower and toilet. In addition, there is also an outdoor kitchen with 2 refrigerators, so that a snack and drink is within reach. The large garden borders a beautiful forest.

The Lot et Garonne region is located in the south-west of France and is known for its many old villages such as Pujols, Penne d'Agenais, Tournon d'Agenais Monflanquin etc.) and numerous lakes, but also for its delicious cuisine such as foie -grass, wines, plums, fruits and vegetables. For those who love castles, there is also a nice offer, including probably the largest fortress castle in Europe: Chateau de Bonaguil. At the foot of this castle you can also enjoy a nice meal on the terrace of Les Bons Enfants, with Annick and Francis. One of their specialties, la potence, is highly recommended. Furthermore, there is a golf course, airport, fishing, high altitude course and kayaking and all this in the vicinity. In the high season there are also the typical French authentic markets with delicious regional products every day.
