Ideally located 4km from Sancy and 800m from the center of Mont-Dore and all amenities.
On the first floor, it comprises an entrance hall with storage space, a vast and splendid living area combining a living room, dining room, and equipped kitchen, all benefiting from triple exposure (E/S/W) and opening onto a magnificent 65m² terrace.
Also on the same level is a first bedroom with a 160cm double bed and its own bathroom with shower; and a separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor:
