Built in 2015, and professionally decorated by local design guru Christopher Kennedy, this 3,775 sq ft solar powered Palm Springs vacation home sits on almost half an acre and is surrounded on three sides by majestic mountain peaks. The yard is fully walled, has mature palm trees, a large grass area, tall privacy hedges and features resort amenities including a lineal lap pool, bubbling spa, fire pit, covered patio with outdoor seating, six chaise lounge chairs, two umbrellas, built-in gas grill and even a built-in pizza oven. The interior features four en suite bedrooms, one of which is a detached guest casita with kitchenette. A great room connects the living room, dining room and chef’s kitchen creating an expansive space with pool and mountain views through 10-foot tall Fleetwood sliding glass doors. A colorfully-decorated family room with 75 inch TV, laundry room with sink and three-car garage complete this luxurious Palm Springs modern villa.
The master suite features an en suite bathroom and a quasi-detached bedroom that’s reached by walking through a glass corridor. The large and dramatic bedroom has a 12-foot ceiling and large sliders that open up to fire pit, pool, casita and mountain views. A King size bed, two nightstands, six-drawer dresser, 60 Inch TV, marble floors, blackout curtains and a walk-in closet complete the bedroom. The en suite bathroom has vessel sinks on Italian reclaimed walnut cabinets, a 10-foot long shower with duel shower heads and a freestanding bathtub bathed in natural light.

The chef's kitchen has two islands. One has a sink and prep area while the other has a wine refrigerator and is perfect for staging a meal. The Italian cabinets are from Modulo Cucine and have textured glass fronts. The islands are reclaimed walnut veneer and the counters are Silestone.
