Summary: We loved the spaciousness of the home and the two separate living areas to hang out in. Every bedroom had a tv but the amount of remote controls can be overwhelming. One bedroom’s wall switch labeled fan controlled the light but once you figured those out everything was fine. Two TVs had issues rebooting or updating for two nights so that was a little frustrating. Upon arrival the pool was cold even though we had paid to have it heated. A phone call and a few chats later, the heat jets were turned on. Also the hot tub was not working. Service technicians came out the second to last day of our stay and got it working (a breaker had flipped) but they could not get the heat to work so it was useless. Also upon arrival we discovered there weren’t any bathroom wash cloths in the home. They were delivered the following day. The home doesn’t have any carpeting, typical for Florida, which means noise travels! I suggest packing a sound machine or ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Neighborhood is nice although there were a couple of vacant homes being rehabbed (possibly from the prior hurricane) but we felt completely safe. The kids were able to play in the large driveway and take walks. The location can’t be beat. Shopping, parks, hospitals and restaurants are right around the corner. Overall a pleasant stay.
