This home enjoys a unique setting within the town of Llano, about eight blocks south of Llano River Lake and only 50 yards from the helipad at Mid Coast Central Medical Center. It's quite something to watch a helicopter come and go a few times each week, and an exciting addition to days otherwise spent golfing, fishing for white and striped bass in Lake Buchanan, and exploring Longhorn Cavern State Park.
One of the best features of this duplex home is how bright it is, with large front windows letting in the sunlight all day long. The main living space is open and airy, with a well-appointed kitchen offering stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite countertops and backsplash, and richly hued wood cabinetry. There's space to dine and play evening card games at the table, as well as a living room with a TV and an Amazon Firestick. Central AC, a private washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi are provided for your convenience as well.
