It is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers for relaxing, an outdoor shower and a cosy barbecue area with a covered dining area, ideal for long summer evenings under the stars. Lemon and orange trees grow in the garden, filling the air with their aroma and conveying a sense of Mediterranean holidays.
Inside, the house is modern, open-plan and flooded with light. The property, fully air-conditioned, is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find an elegant living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is direct access to the terrace from the kitchen and living room, as well as an independent laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
There is also a bedroom on this level with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and private en-suite bathroom with shower.
Two bedrooms await you on the upper floor: one is equipped with a 1.4 m by 2 m bed and air conditioning, perfect for children or friends.
