Gather with family & friends at our warm and stylish home. Open living room-dining-kitchen area for lounging, cooking, & feasting. There's lots of space for the whole family! Take a stroll along the tree-lined streets and view the historic homes in our beautiful neighborhood. Avoid downtown parking woes by simply walking 5 minutes to the vibrant city center shops, restaurants, and breweries. Off-street parking.
The main level of the house offers an open, light-filled space where the cozy living room, elegant dining room, and well-appointed kitchen allow your whole family to mingle. Glass doors open to the woodsy backyard and a screened-in porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The primary king bedroom and bathroom are on the main level, as well as a half bath. The primary ensuite bath has a spacious glass shower and a jacuzzi bathtub to relax in after exploring.
Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, a bonus room, and a bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen futon. The bonus room has a lounge area, desk and chair workspace.
