Summary:
Our two bedroom condo boasts a modern, clean design. It includes updated furnishings, new paint, a spacious lounge area, functional kitchen and Queen beds in both bed bedrooms. Guests can enjoy the sparkling clean pool, fast Wifi, free on site parking and access to a full 24/7 gym.
The Space:
Enjoy the bright and open concept living room, which includes a 55 inch television. Wifi is fast to support all of your work and entertainment needs. The full kitchen includes a new dishwasher, complete sets of dining and cutlery, a modern dining table and comfortable chairs. The bedrooms are finished with simplistic design in mind. Reading lamps, unique art and real plants are added throughout. The upstairs master and downstairs bedroom include large, comfortable Queen beds with a new mattress. Both bathrooms include a full shower/ tub combination and lots of counter space and storage. The central air system is updated with smart technology and the washer and dryer set is brand new.
Guest Access:
Guests can utilize the entire condo, pool and on site 24/7 gym. Note: Pool is open certain hours.
The Neighborhood:
The area is a generally quiet and very safe community. There are many shops, restaurants and unique eateries nearby. The condo itself is within just a few miles of Sacramento State University, Mercy San Juan Hospital and the Arden Fair shopping plaza. Just up the street is a large park, great for walks or jogs in the afternoons. Temple coffee is also nearby and great for studying. Peets coffee shop is across from Temple coffee shop. Both offer superb coffee!
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft ride shares are readily available!
Public transportation runs up and down the main cross street. Downtown Sacramento is a 7 minute car ride away.

Guests have access to two dedicated parking spaces with the gated complex.
