Location is everything at Serenata Condominium Residences. Serenata is a resort style community with all the amenities you need onsite for an extended and relaxing stay. It is located just five minutes from the Sarasota airport and has convenient access to grocery, cafes, shopping, dining, and beaches, theatres, sporting events.
Our two bedroom, two bathroom, 2nd floor condominium is modern, comfortable and equipped with all of the amenities of home. There are quality linens, all the kitchen, appliances and tools you need for gourmet meal, a barbeque for cooking outside, beach chairs and umbrellas for visits to Lido Key, Longboat Key, Siesta Key or Anna Maria Island.
The primary bedroom has a king size bed, a spacious ensuite plus a larger walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a desk for keeping up with work or staying on top of your emails, plus a large walk-in closet.
The kitchen is spacious with granite countertops, modern stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils, cookware, linens, etc. The small appliances include coffee maker, blender, waffle maker, toaster, hand blender, microwave.
There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit.
The rent includes Internet, television, and telephone service plus utilities.
The condominium overlooks the pond and the deck is a beautiful place to enjoy your meals or to sit out in the evening and watch the sunset. The sound of fountains in the pond provide a wonderful and calm atmosphere. You can also enjoy watching the ducks and many other birds in the pond. You may even get to see some turtles swimming!
The grounds are immaculately manicured and there are barbeques and picnic tables throughout the complex for residents to enjoy. Our unit is very close to the pool and gym.
Sarasota is a modern city with many theatres, fantastic restaurants, an exciting downtown area, a large marina, golf courses, and amazing beaches. It is also conveniently close to other major centers including Tampa, St. Petersburg, Venice.
The complex is gated with ample parking for residents. Garbage is picked up from each unit 4 times per week.
