3 Bedroom House with Internet and Kitchen
This is my beautiful caravan that is rarely let, it is light bright and modern with everything you could need for your vacation . It is an open plan caravan making it bright and relaxing. The caravan is position in a quiet area with a very private garden and private drive at the front of the Caravan.
The location is absolutely perfect, within 5 minutes walk of the long sandy beach and Burnham on Sea Town. The Lakeside site has a beautiful lake which can be fished providing you have a fishing licence. There is a site club house which has entertainment and a childrens park. There are two outside heated pools but they are under maintenance at the moment.
There are two bedrooms, one double with en-suite, dressing table and stool, full double wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and a double wardrobe. If needed there is a further double pull out bed in the lounge area within the sofa.
The Caravan has a brand new 50 inch 4k Smart TV, and it also has unlimited 3 wifi installed.
There is a dinning table for 4 persons, the Fridge Freezer if full size for convenience. The kitchen is well equipped with all crockery, utensils, pans and wine/beer glasses.
Light and airy shower room with full size shower which is very powerful, plenty of storage and gas radiators throughout.
Please note the two outdoor pools are under maintenance at the moment and there's no date for work completing.
