The Railyard, Santa Fe Plaza, Museums, Canyon Rd, and an array of bars and restaurants, are all within a one to fifteen minute walk! Bringing Fido? Frank Ortiz dog park only a six minute drive. Casa Estaca is located in the downstairs back unit. The front door is accessed by two steps. The bedroom and living room are one shared space. Please see pictures.

This unit is on the first floor of a two story building. Our upstairs guests are very courteous, but there is a possibility of noise as they check in/check out.
Please Note: Our Television DOES NOT have regular TV. There is one Smart TV so you can log into any of your favorite streaming services to watch. We also offer free wifi.

Our cleaning team DOES NOT USE SCENT FREE DETERGENT. Please take that into consideration when booking.
Our cleaning team will enter at 10:05 AM on day of checkout. Guests will be charged an initial $50 for any late check out after 10 AM and an additional $100 for every half hour our cleaning team must wait.
Guests will also be charged $150 for attempted early check in. We value our employees and the incredible work they do (we know you will too, once your see how sparkling clean and neat our units are.). Please give them their space to do their job. Thanks!
