Summary: This is a beautiful and functional home. We took a family vacation and everyone had rave reviews about the layout. Every bedroom had its own bathroom and there is a half bath on the 1st level for convenience near kitchen and family area. The outside area is beautiful with a pool, gas grill and Blackstone. You can open the patio doors (only on the left side next to kitchen) to expand area. There is outdoor eating space to accommodate up to 8 people. There is an outdoor shower to rid yourself of ALL the sand you will certainly experience. There is a room upstairs that can accommodate an additional person, but it does not have its own air conditioner. However, it opens to a bedroom and AC can potentially be shared. You will need to rent a vehicle to take advantage of other amenities in Providenciales. Long Bay Beach access is about a mile away. Great beach with shallow water, but watch out for kiteboarders. We would definitely stay there again.
