The space
As you enter the house, you will be greeted by a bright and welcoming living room, complete with comfortable seating and a Smart TV for your entertainment. The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the living room to the fully-equipped kitchen and all the utensils and cookware you need to prepare delicious meals.
All four bedrooms are located on the second floor and are tastefully decorated with comfortable bedding, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
The master bedroom has a plush king-size bed and smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has two full-size beds, and the fourth bedroom also has two full-size beds.
Outside, you will find a spacious fenced-in backyard with a seating area, and a bonfire pit, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather and spending time with family and friends. The house also comes with a two-car garage and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

You have private access to our property, and all amenities during your stay. For your privacy, the backyard is fully enclosed.
You can access our home at any time with our secure, keyless entry.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00
am. Based on availability, you can check in as early as 1:00 pm for a $75 fee, and check out as late as
1:00 pm for the same amount.
PARKING
We have room for 4 cars or 2 full size vans in our driveway.

These rules are to be respected at all times to ensure a pleasant and enjoyable yet trouble-free experience. Violation will be determined and could result in immediate termination of your reservation and additional related fees $.
*Locals MUST communicate with us before booking

*No eating/drinking in the bedrooms.
*No smoking (includes vape, dab, or hookah) of any kind.
*No Loud music (Quiet Hours) between 10:00 pm and 8 am
*No disturbance of neighbors
*No party or organized events
*No animal without approval
*No mail or packages to this address
*No extra guests without approval
*No parking on the grass/lawn; violation of this rule may result in $100 FINE for any damages incurred
*Only guests that are on the reservation may be on the property at any time.
PETS
We're happy to host your small furry friends. We can accept up to two pets, each weighing up to 40 lbs, for a $75 fee per pet and a $200 security deposit.
All pets must be house-trained and are not allowed on furnishings and beds (a $100 fee will be applied if a lot of pet hair is found on furnishings). We also ask you to crate your pets when left alone in the house.
Please share your pet's breed and weight information prior to booking so we can provide written approval.
Please note: Any sign of pet damage will result in an appropriate fee for the damage at hand. A $200 fee will be applied for unattended pet waste.
NO SHOE POLICY
We greatly appreciate you taking off your shoes while in the house so we can preserve the rugs and floors
QUIET HOURS
Thank you for observing quiet hours between 10:00
pm and 8:00 am. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors.
SMOKING
To keep the property fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside. If smoke is detected, there will be a $500 fee for proper deep cleaning and odor removal.
PARTIES & EVENTS
Gatherings with your group are great, however, parties and events are not allowed. Any evidence of such will result in a $1,000 FINE and an immediate termination of your booking. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to keep Luxury Ranch in wonderful shape for all guests to come.
SECURITY CAMERAS / NOISE MONITORING
Please note that each home has anywhere from 2-3
security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only. These are to remain on and running at all times, solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and traveler. Security cameras can be located on all angles of the exterior property, including the pool & common areas.
Additionally, we do equip each of our homes with a noise level monitoring device This is to remain active to monitor the decibel/sound levels only, to protect against noise complaints from neighbors. It does not record any conversations, simply noise levels.
Lastly, we have a device connected to each home, that will alert to the number of devices at the home, to combat any large gatherings and/or parties.
NOTE, all aforementioned data, is not stored, and/or deleted when no longer needed.
