Located in the Eastlake neighborhood, on the eastern shores of Lake Union with easy access to Downtown Seattle. Restaurants, coffee shops,& places to hang out or socialize are just blocks away. Lynn Street Mini Park & Terry Pettus Park are nearby to explore outdoor recreation and lake access. Pete’s Supermarket is a block away & features an incredible selection of wines & other groceries for your stay.
The neighborhood is also popular for those seeking an easy commute to the University of Washington, UW Medical Center, or tech companies in South Lake Union.
This 4-level row style townhouse is perfect for travelers, friends, families, and even those who are in the city for business!
The ground level offers a full bathroom, a washer/dryer closet, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and an office area - perfect setup for those who are working from home!
The second level features a large master bedroom with king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom.
The third level has a coffee bar, living room, small dining area and a full kitchen with abundant counter space. These areas are fully equipped with everything you need and the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working!
The top level is a rooftop deck that has a wet bar with ample space for entertainment, including an outdoor kitchenette and a full size gas barbecue. The roof top deck also offers unobstructed views of Lake Union and the downtown Seattle skyline!
I have full sets of sheets, linens, duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!
This home also includes a private fenced rear yard, high-speed WiFi, and a 65" TV with Roku for you to log in to your favorite streaming apps.
