Come stay in this renovated 1860's Newport cottage. The house features an open airy main floor, two spacious bedrooms, one and half baths, and a large private back deck. Located right in the heart of Newport's Broadway District, you are only a few short steps away from some of the best restaurants and shops in town. A 10 minute walk puts you in the middle of Newport's famed waterfront with access to everything this old sea town has to offer.
Dogs are welcome for a fee. No Cats due to allergy.

The house has a a living room, kitchen, half bath and laundry on main floor. The back door opens out to the large private deck with hot tub. Two bedrooms and full bathroom up stairs. This is an older home, the staircase is fairly steep so please be comfortable with stairs.
