Guests will have access to the entire home except for one bedroom, the third floor, and the basement. The third floor and one bedroom are blocked off as this is the "mini" version of the full home. The washer and dryer are accessible and located on the second floor of the property.

There is a $75 fee for one pet or $125 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) There is NOT a fully fenced yard at this property but the area is great for walking. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
