This recently built 500 sqft boat house is definitely an amazing one of a kind spot that will take your breath away! It offers a large living space with a sofa, flat screen TV, and a Murphy bed with a Purple (brand) mattress. A well appointed full kitchen with all necessary kitchenware that provides everything you will need. The large full bathroom offers a large walk in shower. The boat house is located on beautiful lake Monona facing the capital, with amazing sunrises and sunsets. Use of our fire pit with fire wood included. We have very fast internet that is also included with your stay. This boat house was recently built and is like brand new still.
