Summary: First of all I recieved an e-mail for my arrival stating that the shuttle from the airport is at 16hr45 . I waited for such a long time and the shuttle never came. I tried calling the hotel 6 times no answer. After the 7th time they decided to answer my call and told me that the shuttle is at 17hr15. I waites but no shuttle came. Had to pay 30€ for a taxi to fo to the hotel because I was very very tired. After teachinf the hotel I told them what happened and they didn't do anything about it. The room was not clean and looked very old. I hooe that they will try and be more proffesional and fix their rooms.
