Located in Olde West Chester on a Main Street you will find that getting to your destination is a breeze, close to I- 75, I-71 and I-275 Fwy, Walmart, Gas Station, Kings Island, Liberty Center Mall, Outlets, Top Golf, Main Event Cosmic Bowling, AMC Theater, Restaurants, VOA, Graeters Ice Cream, Skyline (one of the states recommended places to eat if you're in the area), Sharonville (Convention Center), Blue Ash, Mason, Entertrainment so much more!
Our home was built in 1900 and has been beautifully restored. Refinished original hardwood throughout, fully renovated kitchen with some modern amenities / appliances. Updated bathroom with a stand up shower . 2 bedrooms on 1st floor: Queen bed, Full Size Bed, a fold out futon couch that can be used as a bed. A Mini Gym Exercise area/ room right off the dining room with a cycling bike and resistance rowing machine. We do not have cable but do have an Apple TV where you can access your Netflix and other TV apps. Our hope is for you to find our home to be gorgeous, functional, and cozy knowing it has been designed to make your experience a memorable one.
Although our home is a 4 bedroom home, the upstairs level is not included in the booking so we ask that while you stay, you please avoid using the upper level as it is currently off limits, additional fees might apply if there are signs the upstairs rooms have been used. We also have a fire place that is currently unavailable for use. We have a washer and dryer located in the basement, we ask that you only go to the basement when using the laundry facilities. The only entrance to use during your stay is the back door in the kitchen off the back porch (where there will be a key entry pad). Please do not use the front or side door as we need them to remain locked. We greatly appreciate your understanding.
I will be roughly 1.9 miles away and can be reached if necessary. Check in is at 4pm. We will have a house map and guide available for you on the TV stand. I don't mind being called or sent an email / text if a question arises.
Guest should know the home is on a olde town main street, but my husband, my kids, and I have all stayed here and me being a light sleeper - I still slept like a baby. We have taken pride in providing comfy mattresses to help with a good night (or days) sleep. Bedroom 1 has a small fan (for those who need some noise to sleep- we do), Room 2 has a filtered fan. We are a home that is zoned business, so there are several businesses surrounding us whose homes have been turned into businesses. We also do not have a dishwasher at this time. There is a dish rack - we wash all dishes with only hot water. The added cleaning fee reflects the 3-4 hour process to properly clean the home prior to your stay. As a reminder this is a smoke free home both inside and out as our young children often sleep here when we do not have guests, so please respect the strict non smoking house rules. West Chester is a great well established neighborhood offering many family fun activities with only a hop, skip, and a jump away. Close enough to downtown Cincinnati (Fountain Square is a 28 minuet drive). Great place to raise kids and to visit for vacation or business travel. What we love the most is being able to drive to Liberty Center to eat Sushi at Kona Grill and see a stand up comedian at the Funny Bone Comedy Club, or just strolling through their quant and beautifully designed courtyard with the kids to get and enjoy a scoop of Graeters Ice Cream (my favorite is cherry with chocolate chunks).
We are close to the I-75, 275, and 71 Fwys. Dayton Airport is 48 min away; CVG Airport is 38 min away.
