The two bedrooms are divided by a common bathroom. Each bedroom and the living room space have independent mini-split AC units for your comfort.
Guest Access/Interaction:
Guest may gain access to the house anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The house is setup completely for guest use and everything in the house is accessible to guests with the exception of a locked laundry room utility closet. We provide self check-in so we will not meet in person unless the need arises. The listing is setup exclusively for guest use.
