It is one block from the Marina and walking distance to everything in town. Just a short walk around the neighborhood you will find many grocery stores, restaurants, bars and a ton of beach activities.
This Penthouse Style unit is located in a boutique building of 21 units in the heart of Medano Beach. This condo is situated on the right side of the 4th floor and is approximately 3,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space. There are 3 bedrooms in total with 2 kings and 1 queen, smart tv, luggage racks and individual thermostat. Enjoy gorgeous ocean views from the main and 2nd bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom has beautiful city views with a small balcony to view the city lights at night.
