We've got a mix of glasses for your use and pleasure, including a mix of wine glasses (big-bodied reds, medium-bodied reds, whites, champagne) as well high ball glasses, martini glasses, and even fizzio glasses for bubbly cocktails or sparkling wines. We've already marked the wine glasses with charms - and we've got the olive spears for your martinis. Headed to the pool? We've got acyrylic glasses, too. Get ready to relax!
POOL
Step out onto the covered lanai. Make yourself at home to drink your morning coffee or tea in the open air and overlook the pool and private backyard complete with Peruvian lime trees and fig tree (fruit ripe in the fall!). Play darts with your friends, and take a dip in the heated pool. Relax in the pool loungers and soak up the Southwest Florida sun!

Gas grill for your use as well as wood fire pit. Florida is all about indoor/outdoor living and we've got you covered.
GARAGE - GYM & GAME ROOM

PRIMARY BEDROOM
The spacious master bedroom overlooks the pool and private backyard. The luxurious king bed is decked out with cotton sheets and all of the best pillows for your sweetest dreams. Mounted Sony TV and Soundbar for your viewing pleasure from bed. For those who enjoy airflow, we've got a floor fan and white noise machine.
MASTER BATHROOM
The ensuite master bathroom has clean lines, mirrored glass walls, and frosted windows, filling your bathroom with both light and privacy all at the same time. Dual vanities. Walk-in shower (overhead showerhead and also a wand), private, separate toilet area, and giant walk-in closet. Bring your stuff for the night or the month. Plenty of room to hang your clothes, whether you're traveling solo or as part of a couple. Bureau included in case you'd like a private place to store your socks.
QUEEN BEDROOM #1
At the back of the house there is a queen bedroom. Lots of light, plenty of storage for clothing, and a private ensuite bathroom. Open the door and head straight to the pool! Walk-in shower.

OFFICE
Find a dedicated work space with desk and ergonomic chair - and door you can close for privacy. For those traveling with kids or larger groups, there is a trundle bed in this space that adds two twin beds. NOTE: The door to this room is made of glass and so sleeping privacy is limited. Closet included.

A third bathroom sits right off the kitchen and between two queen bedrooms.

PARKING
Plenty of parking for 5-6 cars in driveway. Also possible to park on the street, though we ask that you are mindful of the neighbors and ensure you do not pull onto the grass.
EXTERIOR
The exterior of the home is also a piece of art, featuring beautiful angles and lovely landscaping.
The entire house is yours and the backyard and pool are private. NOTE: Quiet hours after 10pm. No parties, and disturbing the neighbors is strictly prohibited.
