Positive: The hotel was nice and our room was comfortable but we couldn't deadbolt the door. Several elevators weren't working. Some staff were great. The male bartender during the first shift was great, he even told jokes.
Negative: My guest had her gun stolen out of her car while parked in your garage. She had to contact hotel security, garage security (who didn't know what to do ), and the police to make reports. I didn't like the price for the rooms, plus being charged to park in the garage and the use of the internet is too expensive for this hotel.
Summary: Hotel okay but too expensive and no return because of theft.
