Positive: The property is clean and has everything you need for your stay.The construction is cheap but new. It is excellently equipped and nothing is missing.There is no soul in it and it is too expensive.The owners are kind, warm, maybe I'm strict, but I don't need to like them, but the experience of staying there.There is not enough intimacy, the facility is in the courtyard of a family house - and if you like being in contact with locals - the stay is like lunch at a restaurant - you don't want to hang out with the owner, you want to have a good lunch in peace.

Negative: Far from any events, especially in winter - we had to go to the port for lunch in a restaurant. It especially annoys me that I had to call the owner when I NEEDED HOT WATER TO REMOTELY TURN ON THE BOILER!!! What an absurdity for 74 euros a day out of season. This price of 74 euros is presented as 37 euros for accommodation and in small print 37 euros for taxes and fees!! Cheating worthy of a TEMU. It irritates that half of this amount is charged as taxes and expenses. It is rude to limit a guest like that, to put it mildly - it is more like greed and disrespect. Remote control of water heaters - pure stupidity.

Summary: Unpleasant experience.
