Our spacious property is situated within the upmarket, safe and leafy area of Elviria - 2 minutes walk to golden beaches and the renowned 5 star Don Carlos Hotel and Nikki Beach Club, plus a 5 minute stroll from shops, banks and a wide choice of bars and restaurants from pizzerias to fine dining.
Accomodation :
The "wow factor" of our apartment is that it boasts panoramic sea and mountain views and all day sunshine from our huge 2,000sq ft rooftop terrace.
With the recent refurbishment including a brand new kitchen with the most up-to-date facilities - throughout the penthouse is of modern taste, inside you will find a very comfortable residence, with plenty of communal and private space. It represents excellent value for an Elviria beachside location.
Alanda Club:
An added advantage of our penthouse is that it is part of the private luxurious complex of Alanda Club. You will have access to a choice of two outside pools plus a pool suitable for toddlers.
The newly renovated poolside bar and restaurant facilities offer excellent food all day and provide evening entertainment. The resort is located within a secure complex with 24 hour security, and boasts beautiful mature gardens. These are extremely well maintained. The pool and surrounding gardens are very peaceful, despite being a stone's throw from all you could need.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom apartment in Elviria. It is ideally located close to the beach with several lovely beach restaurants a short stroll away. It is also a short walk to Elviria Centre, again with a huge variety of shopping and restaurants available. However, the highlight was definitely the spacious terrace with incredible sea and mountain views, across to Morocco, down to Marbella or the mountains behind. A perfect location for morning coffees and sunset drinks, and large enough for the kids to play ball on. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and well-equipped making our stay comfortable and convenient. Aircon worked efficiently. Loads of channels on the TV. It is located in the modern and well maintained Alanda Club, beside the Don Carlos hotel (and Nikki Beach for those who are interested) with lovely well maintained grounds and a dedicated swimming pool with lots of available loungers. We also had the use of the pool across the road beside the main Alanda reception, although we didn’t use it on this visit. The grounds are well secured, manicured and peaceful and, in my view, ideal for families or groups looking for a relaxing getaway. We found the owners to be incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to answer all our questions. The apartment was immaculate and has recently been fully refurbished. We would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely be back!
