The gourmet kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space, making it a chef’s paradise for culinary adventures. The fully equipped kitchen includes a double oven, gas stove, pot filler, oversized fridge & freezer, huge island, multiple sinks, cooking basics, spices, lots of small appliances, eat-in kitchen & bar seating, and coffee! Guests can fuel their day at the full coffee bar complete with Keurig, Drip Coffee Maker, Espresso Machine and French Press. Starbucks ground coffee provided as well as a variety of K Cups and ground espresso beans.
Enjoy dining together in the massive formal dining room under the chandelier lit vaulted ceiling, or the more intimate eat-in kitchen, or take the gathering outside to enjoy festivities together while watching the sunset over the pool.
There are multiple spaces inside to kick back and relax while reading a book, playing games or watching a favorite movie. The main living room downstairs features a huge TV with sound system, marble fireplace and lots of cozy seating. Situated right next to the built-in bar and wine cellar, it's a great spot to concoct your new favorite cocktail. Upstairs you’ll discover the second living room for a more informal experience. Cozy couch and giant bean bag chairs set the stage for an ultra relaxed space, perfect for binging on Netflix or playing video games with friends.
Head out to the converted 4-car garage to find the game room complete with Ping Pong table, foosball, Darts, Shuffleboard, and basketball hoop. With two TV’s and a seating area, it makes this a great spot for making memories as you laugh with friends late into the night since this is a contained space removed from the other quiet areas of the property.
Retreat to lavishly appointed bedrooms that promise restful nights and peaceful mornings, each with its own unique charm. Cozy bedding, comfy mattresses and lots of pillows provided in all of the 8-bedrooms, most of which have blackout curtains so guests can sleep anytime they choose. The massive Primary Suite is truly its own getaway! Comfy seating areas, marble fireplace, its own thermostat to control the temp, huge ensuite bathroom with jetted soaking tub, walk-through shower with multiple shower heads and steam controls, walk-in closet, its own laundry room, and a bonus attached room that can act as an 8th bedroom (Twin trundle bed + Queen air mattress) or an office with desk / dedicated work space.
There are 4 bedrooms on the main floor, and 3 bedrooms upstairs (plus the bonus 8th bedroom.) On the first floor you’ll find: 1 King Bedroom with full en suite bathroom, 2 King bedrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom, 1 full bathroom and two half bathrooms. On the second floor, there is a double Queen bedroom (2 queen beds), a King bedroom, and the Primary Suite with King bed and bonus room with the twin trundle bed and queen air mattress. There is also a full bathroom upstairs between the guest rooms. There is one additional full bathroom located off of the pool area.
Hospitality is at the heart of our mission in providing an exception experience for our guests, and therefore provide lots of essentials, including soft fluffy towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, quality toilet paper, Qtips, cotton balls, tissues, make up wash cloths, hair dryers, cleaning supplies, extra pillows and blankets, and more.

Video disclosure: There are 3 video surveillance cameras on the property for the security of our guests. This is by no way an intrusion on our guests, but rather an extra level of protection and security to protect our guests. One camera is located outside the front door, another overlooks the driveway, and one looks over the garbage bins on the side of the house. All look out over public places.
*Pool Heat* The pool can be heated for an additional charge of $100 per day for the duration of your stay. That cost just covers the extra electricity required to heat the large body of water. The heat fee is charged separately after your booking is secured. This fee is waived for bookings exceeding $1800 nightly.
