Petite ville de 8000 habitants, sur la rive ouest du lac, vous pourrez profiter de toutes les commodités. Située à 9 km d'Annecy, à 30 min en voiture de la station de ski la plus proche, vous avez le choix entre vacances sportives, détente, de nombreux loisirs et sorties culturelles à proximité.

Nous vous accueillons dans notre maison pour votre séjour. Une maison de famille, avec un grand espace vert et une terrasse qui entoure la maison, de la place pour garer votre voiture. Elle est située sur les hauteurs de la ville, au calme, dans une petite impasse. En 10 minutes à pied, vous êtes dans le centre de la ville. En 30 minutes à pied ou 5 minutes en voiture, vous êtes au bord du lac.
Nous avons deux chambres avec deux lits double et une chambre avec un lit à barreaux pour enfants. La maison en faite en demi-pallier. Le pallier du haut comporte le coin nuit et la salle de bains. Le pallier intermédiaire comprend l'entrée avec les toilettes, un grand séjour avec une hauteur sous plafond de plusieurs mètres et une cuisine. Le séjour est équipé d'une cheminée, parfait pour les séjours en hiver. Le pallier du bas est composé de pièce de rangement et sera accessible pour accéder à la chaudière ou au tableau électrique.
La maison est munie d'une rampe pour faciliter l'accès à la pièce de vie (le pallier intermédiaire).
Nous avons une petite fille de 18 mois et nous avons des jouets, toboggan et balançoire dans le jardin.
Nous acceptons les animaux de compagnie éduqués qui ne font pas de détérioration, nous avons nous même un chien.
Nous acceptons deux voyageurs supplémentaires mais il faut prévoir un matelas gonflable.
