There is a large, private outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful San Diego weather which includes a picnic table, outdoor table & chairs, hot tub, and hammock. Smart TV, WiFi, books, and games. Bar-style seating at the butcher block counters, space to eat or work. Washer/Dryer access in shed. Excellent neighborhood! Steps from trendy restaurants, coffee shops, night life, and shopping. 10 minute drive to the beach!
Decorated by award winning designer with yellows, blues, and a French/bird theme. Very bright and surprisingly spacious for the size. Hardwood floor in front room. Tile flooring in bedroom and bathroom, and beautiful granite tile flooring in kitchen.
The one bedroom dons a queen bed with full size dresser and nightstand. The front room has a comfy lounge couch with smart TV, along with several books and some games.
Secluded front yard has a porch with a bench and a picnic table on a raised deck. Private, gated back area with hot tub and hammock to enjoy. You can park your car in the back driveway, entering from the alleyway.
Entire home and property is yours to enjoy.
