Quiet independent property, 7 km from Uzès, 1 km from the village and 16 km from Pont du Gard, 18 km from Nîmes, and 43 km from Avignon, its name is due to the old name of the road which leads to Uzès. Ideally located at the crossroads of the Cevennes and the sea, between Uzès, Nîmes and Avignon, in the center of cities with exceptional cultural heritage, Maison Chemin d'Uzès is a haven of peace in the heart of the countryside of Uzège. You will enjoy the calm of an exceptional view on the surrounding countryside. A private pool fenced and secured by a pool alarm is at your disposal, as well as sun loungers and a parasol.
You can enjoy your meals admiring the view from the shaded terrace of about 25 m² fenced and cook on the barbecue, or relax in the garden. The house consists of a large living room-kitchen of 60 m², three large bedrooms, a bathroom with bath, a w-c and a storeroom.
