Villa Estia is a stylish, seafront villa with a private pool, overlooking the crystal clear Cretan Sea and literally in a few steps to the organized beach.
It’s a one-storey villa (110 square meters) with 3 bedrooms, a cosy kitchen and dining room, spacious living room, 2 bathrooms, a spacious shaded roof terrace with a fabulous Cretan Sea view.
The villa can accommodate 6 guests and a kid up to 3 years old. Three stylish decorated, airconditioned bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with queen size double beds (160х200) and one bedroom with large twin beds (90х200) – all the mattresses in the bedrooms are orthopedic. One of the bedrooms has got an access to a small terrace with a private yard with a lawn and mediterranean thuyas. The master bedroom has got an en-suite shower with wc. The family bathroom has bath tub with shower enclosure and wc.
The big bright living room with panoramic windows has a big sofa, armchairs, a big flat LCD TV, Hi-Fi stereo system, Wi-Fi coverage. The spacious full-equipped kitchen and a dining room with a big table are placed in an open plan area. The villa is bright and feels spacious thanks to big panoramic windows.
The private patio with a charcoal BBQ is created for deli breakfasts, lunches and diners.
