Magnificent property which has been extensively refurbished into a character retaining and yet beautifully modern property boasting 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen/diner with AGA, large patio area, on drive parking for a number of vehicles, private location, close to all the village amenities, 5 minutes from the award winning beach. Superb views.
On the Ground Floor
Entrance Hall: – Spacious entrance hall with large three seater settee, leading to downstairs bedroom, W.C and shower room, living/dining room. Kitchen, games room and stairs leading to the first floor.
Living Room: – A beautiful spacious living room with log burner, comfy sofas for ten persons, wall mounted LCD T.V Freeview and entertainment system.

Kitchen: – Large fully fitted, with dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer, AGA, gas hob and microwave . The kitchen is fully equipped for all your self-catering needs.
Utility Area: – Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board. Separate W.C and separate Belfast sink.
Bedroom 1:- Double bedroom with free standing wardrobe.• Shower Room: With enclosed shower, glass bowled wash basin.

Bedroom 4: – Bunk bedroom (bunk are 3ft) with free standing wardrobe,chest of drawers and fold away travel cot.

Bathroom 1: – Family bathroom with whirlpool bath, walk in enclosed shower, toilet and wash basin unit.
Infant facilities:- Travel cot & high chair (there is no bedding provided for the travel cot)
Parking: Ample private parking for a number of vehicles
Outdoor space:- Front decked area with outdoor furniture, BBQ and amazing sea views.
Notes to guests: The outside surrounding area has steep drops and a rock face please supervise children and pets at all times.

Summary: Sometimes the actual versus the online views and descriptions can be a disappointment. The very opposite was experienced. We were impressed by the photos and blurb of the property which is why we booked but the actual exceeded our expectations. The house had everything and more. While it was a family holiday we loved the fact that we had our own space (a bathroom for each couple!). We spent every evening in the house due to COVID (our choice) and enjoyed lovely meals prepared and cooked in the beautiful and vast kitchen. The only downside, the conventional oven was a bit slow so we need to educate ourselves and learn how to use the Aga for our next holiday here, which we booked while on this one as we were so impressed with everything. We loved how the owners provided practical guidance in a genial way regarding that things can go wrong and encouraged notification when they do. The maintenance book is a great idea. Laura, the housekeeping manager, was swift to provide us with a replacement gas bottle (unfortunately the previous occupants did not adhere to the instructions to clean the BBQ after use and advise that the gas bottle required replacement for the next occupants). We were fortunate to have good weather and maximised the use of the patio area enjoying awesome views. We also loved the mood lighting throughout the house but especially the hall and lounge. The views from the house and patio are truly stunning. This is an amazing property and we look forward to returning.
