Entering from the street through the lovely garden patch the white facade doesn’t give away too much of what awaits. Stepping in you’ll be captivate by the expansive, light-filled interior of Tamarama Surf View as well as the views that are present throughout. Your arrival couldn’t be more stress-free with a garage and off-street parking available. As you enter through the ground level, you’ll discover a seamless design where the simple neutral colour palette, timber flooring, modern furniture and large glass doors create a relaxing atmosphere.
The first floor is the main bedroom area with two good sized bedrooms, one of which offers direct access to the garden. Built in wardrobes makes unpacking a breeze. The third bedroom can be a perfect work from home study or a queen bedroom. The bedroom area also offers a full-sized bathroom with a lovely bathtub as well as a laundry.
The main attraction, after a good night’s sleep, is the stunning pool terrace. Or if it’s a rainy day the cosy sofa area.
A stylish staircase takes you up to the second floor where the beaming light and present blue sky will give you a sunny welcome. This area is about entertaining and social family time but also has the private master retreat.
