Welcome to our Luxury Multi-level Modern Beachside Villa with an internal elevator to each floor. Featuring huge entertaining & living areas, stunning pool, 3 1/2 designer bathrooms and a super luxurious and very private master bedroom covering the entire top floor with an ensuite, spa and large walk in wardrobe.
Fully air-conditioned, with room for 2 cars securely undercover. Ideal for families or small groups looking for luxury and proximity to everything the Gold Coast has to offer.
The main level of our villa beautifully flows out to the outdoor entertaining area and pool. In the evening the outdoor ceiling shines with stars which helps to set the mood as the sun is setting.
But, my favourite thing about our place is when we would come home from a day out adventuring, pull into the garage, and have the elevator take us directly to our top floor bedroom to unwind and jump into the spa. The Master Retreat is Divine!.
Our home is a fantastic space for anyone who wants to be close to the action but not in the middle of it. You have everything here you need at your fingertips and so close to the beach. The property was built by a Las Vegas Developer in 2007 who wanted to build the 2 Most Luxurious Villas on the Gold Coast.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The house is equipped with a modern furnishings, Tv, cable internet and 8 Seat dining area and an Outdoor Entertaining Area.
We have included basic staples and essentials like tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil, salt, pepper, glad wrap, toilet paper, hand pump soap, shampoo and conditioner.
Please note, this listing has brand new furniture ordered, so it will look even nicer and be more functional than the current pictures. The 4th bedroom will have a Queen bed (no pics yet) and the 5th Bedroom/Office is a small room that will have a 3 seater sofa bed and office desk and chair. The 2nd bedroom will also have a 3 seater sofa bed.
The outdoor patio will have a timber 6 seater dining table, the lounge room will have a wall mounted 85 inch smart TV, and the master and 2nd bedroom will also have 65 inch smart TVs. This furniture is set to arrive in mid July 2022, and we are taking bookings from August 2022 onwards.
All these pictures will be updated by the end of July once all the furniture has arrived.
