The space
Hello and Welcome to our Property. We have a beautiful home nestled on 2.5 Acres. We are in the process of developing the home and property into a large wellness and event space for wedding ands celebrations. Right now we have Completed Phase 1 of the 4 phase roll out. The Main house is competed. With a complete overhaul of all 3 bathrooms, Updates to the Kitchen and bedrooms and common spaces. Addition of outdoor patio spaces and the beginnings of the front garden. Our next roll out of phase 2 should be completed by May/June 2025 and will include addition of a pickle ball court, outdoor kitchen and cold plunge as well as more landscaping and the front garden completion Rest assured our pricing is reflective of the current phase you have booked in. Once complete we will be able to offer 8 bedrooms in the main house and 2 additional structures with 5 more bedrooms, a pickle ball court, tennis court, golf simulator, gym, cold plunge and sauna with chickens coops and green houses. We are so excited and thank you for coming and staying and we hope to see you back again.
Please enjoy the Main house which consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Access to the pool, outdoor dining area Sauna and cold plunge. Please note the house is a duplex with the owners suite currently on the garage level (private access through rear) and main house on the 1st floor (private access through the front door Please note the house access is up a set of stairs.
Guest access
Guest have access to the Main house. This is the complete top floor which consists of a living room, dining room, eat in kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We can offer access to a laundry room however the room itself and access path are still in a stage of renovations (please excuse the appearance) Guests can also use the lanai outdoor dining area (garden level) the Pool and pool deck)
Other things to note

Such as the front fountain, gardens and parking bays, Please excuse this appearance as additional phases of our renovations continue to roll out.
The owners suite is located on the garage level when the owners are in town they do stay in the unit. The access is through the side entrance and they tend to stay out of everyones way.
When the owners are out of town the neighbor will access the owners suite to feed the cats.
We do allow some events which have been pre approved prior to your booking. An event fee is charged and extra insurance is required to be purchased by the guest to cover the event.
All bookings require a lease agreement to be signed prior to your stay,
