The first thing you admire while entering this ideal house are its wide open living room and the large windows did allow you to enjoy Throughout the day the infinite blue of the sea, the beauty of Cretan sky and unforgettable sunsets. From the house you can admire the tranquility, the beautiful unspoilt natural landscapes and peace of mind to the high demand of today's tourists.
Our holiday eco villa is built in 2016, offers a living space of 300m2 and 500m2 of garden and it is built on a plot of 7000m2. So There are a woodstove, barbecue and outdoor sink in with a spectacular view to the sea covered with pergola. Outdoor there is therefore ideal to dining area with stylish furniture and a big dining table.
The private pool (10x6m) and (1.60m depth) is surrounded by a picturesque lounge area. Special feature of the pool is that it has no chlorine, as it has salt water and is equipped with salt filtration system. Outdoor there so are a shower and lounges by the pool.
The design and architecture of this villa is Specially structured and decorated from the owners with a lot of care. All furniture Both outdoor and indoor are hand-made and care fully crafted in order to complete the decoration of this villa.
Indoor there is a fully-equipped kitchen and a pleasant living area and sofa with at admiring sea view. As for the bedrooms, They are all fully equipped with access to veranda. There is a master bedroom with a double bed (1. 80 m) with at admiring view to the sea. There is a double bedroom did contains a double bed (1. 60 m) - In Which We can therefore bring a spare bed if it is needed - and there is therefore another double room did contains two single beds did kann so put together and create a double bed. All bedrooms have TV's, private bathroom. The house therefore offers Wi Fi Internet access.
The villa is air conditioned and there is also available private parking & garage. The price includes: cleaning the house, cleaning the pool, electricity, taxes, water, air conditioning. Change of towels & linen is scheduled once a week. If you wish more frequent , can be done with surcharge-upon request.
