DEPOSIT AND AMENITIES FEE
**A $500 credit card deposit is required at check-in. It is not charged to your account but serves as a "hold". This is to ensure that the restaurant and bar bills are properly paid before your departure (they are paid at the end of your stay), that you pay for additional services you ordered (like additional house cleaning), and also to ensure that you do not damage the property. If there are no issues, the deposit will not be charged to your credit card.
**Per building management, any guest reservations made on or after May 1, 2023, will be subject to a 500 pesos per day per condo "Amenities Fee." This reasonable fee is common in Puerto Vallarta at the larger luxury condo buildings and assists with the costs for wear and tear on the building from rental units. The fees will be collected directly by the building management upon arrival and are not included in your Vrbo payment to us. There will be no exceptions to this rule.

**The restaurant food menu is reasonably priced with lots of fresh and healthy options, including seafood, chicken, beef, vegetarian dishes. Staff can customize requests and have been good with vegan eaters (please be clear with instructions and consider using Google Translator if you can). There is a breakfast, extensive day/lunch, and dinner menu (and you can order from the lunch menu at dinner). The staff will also entertain substitutes if you ask.
**Towels for pool use are available for free at the pool (you must return the pool towels if you take them to the condo)
**Please note that each renter must be registered to gain access to the condo and building. Furthermore, although it has not typically been an issue, we do not guarantee that people who visit you at the condo will be admitted by security. In the vast majority of cases visitors are typically allowed in the condo but security can deny entry if they determine, in their sole discretion, that the visitor is engaged in loud, disorderly, inappropriate, or disruptive conduct. Furthermore, security may ask all registered renters and their guests to wear bracelets and/or provide a valid form of ID. Unless the rules change, visitors of renters cannot use the pool, restaurants, or facilities. If you are bringing visitors to the condo you are advised to have them bring a valid ID.
