Located about 5 minutes from downtown's restaurants/bars, and 7 minutes to Loon's main lodges, this is the perfect getaway for family and friends!
Getting Around:
The town of Lincoln offers a shuttle service, The Shuttle Connection, which can be reserved by guests for rides downtown to restaurants, bars, shopping and more. The rate for the Shuttle Connection is $7/person. The home also features a free shuttle service through the South Peak Association, which provides rides to and from all Loon Mountain bases and lodges during the Winter months. - Our rental property is situated within a new development area, which may lead to ongoing construction activities nearby. We believe in maintaining open communication with our tenants, and it is our duty to inform you that there is a possibility of construction work taking place between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Please be advised that there are Ring security cameras installed and positioned on the front door of the property. The camera is the only surveillance device on the premises and does not extend beyond the descriptions listed.
