A spacious 3-bedroom townhouse with lots of room to socialise or have plenty of places for everyone to have their own space - with 2 lounges, a large kitchen-diner, a harbour view balcony plus a private suntrap garden.
Equipped to a high standard with a fully kitted out kitchen including a large larder fridge, superfast Virgin fibre broadband, 2 x Smart TVs (including Virgin’s Sports package), rainfall showers and brand-new, high-quality mattresses and sumptuous bedding.
Two of Bristol’s best waterside cafes are within a couple of minutes stroll plus there is a large selection of pubs and restaurants in the local area. One of Bristol’s most highly rated restaurants is 3 doors along.
There is also the bonus of an option for 2 car parking permits (small additional charge per day)
The Space:
The house is designed to induce relaxation with a combination of waterside views, big windows, soft white and natural wood finishes. All bedrooms are located at the rear of the property and have black-out blinds or curtains to help ensure a wonderful night’s sleep.
The hidden away top floor bedroom has a view of Bristol’s famous hillside coloured terrace houses, a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.
On the second floor is the main lounge with floor-to-ceiling folding doors opening out onto the balcony. It is a special place to sit and enjoy the amazing views, plus some spectacular sunrises and sunsets. And for when the nights get cold there is large gas fire to keep you toasty whilst enjoying the view of the twinkling city lights. The second-floor bedroom overlooks Underfalls Yard. It is set-up as two single beds. If you are needing this as one bed, please let us know before your arrival
Through the first-floor lounge windows you can sit and while away the time looking at the boats. It also has a desk area for those that need to work during their stay. At the rear is a large, airy bedroom overlooking the garden, with a king-size bed. Also on this floor is the main bathroom with a big walk-in shower and rainfall shower, plus a smart mirror so you can play your favourite tunes whilst you shower!
On the ground floor, the large kitchen-diner has French doors opening out into the suntrap garden. On warm days, it is perfect for a long, lazy lunch. The kitchen is fully equipped for conjuring up a 3-course meal for 6 people. Plus, it has a large larder fridge to catered for all the supplies. Also on this floor is a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer plus a WC.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole house, and we hope that while you are here you make yourself feel at home. The garden is there to be enjoyed by everyone, with furniture for the sunnier days!
The Neighborhood:
This townhouse sits in a fantastic location. At the quieter end of the quayside, you are still close to all that it has to offer, while also having easy access to many more of what Bristol's has to offer.
Getting Around:
If you are bringing a car, there is enough space for 2 cars. These parking permits are available for £10 per day per vehicle and on a first come first serve basis.
Other Things to Note:
It is terraced property in a nice residential area. No parties, hens, stags. And noise is to be kept to minimum post 10pm.
There is also a Nest Video Doorbell on the premises.
Unfortunately we do not allow pets.
The grass is artificial in the back garden.
