This beautiful and luxuriously furnished penthouse is located on the Condado de Alhama Golf Resort. The Resort is 24 hour security and therefore only accessible by authorized persons, guests and visitors.
The Penthouse is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible via a lift and / or stairs.
It is suitable for four people. There are two bedrooms. There is one large bedroom (with direct access to the terrace) with a large 2 bed and 1 smaller bedroom with two one person beds. There is 1 bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
The open kitchen is fully equipped.
There is a fridge freezer, baking oven with 4 halogen baking trays, a hood, a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, airfryer, coffee maker, kettle and Senseo coffee machine. There are obviously plenty of glasses, cups and saucers, plates, cutlery, pans, bowls and other regular resources.
The dining room connected to the kitchen has a table and four chairs.
Directly at the dining room is the living room with a 4 seater (L) corner sofa, table, Satellite TV, Internet, Air conditioning (for cooling and heating), ceiling fan and various electric heating panels.
Air-conditioning:
There are three air conditioners (living room and both bedrooms limp) that provide the desired cooling and if necessary can also heat. In relation to the environment and to avoid unnecessary costs, we ask you for your cooperation. Do not turn the air conditioner on when you open the doors and windows if you're out in the region. The joint pool is located next to the building and features a special children's section and a spacious sunbathing area around, the whole is fitted with a lockable fence.

Around the pool and playground are allowed no glasses and this is particularly also for your own safety and that of the cleaners. Use plastic cups, bottles etc.
Furthermore, we would like to strongly emphasize the special rules for the pool, sunbathing area, pets, trash and other general issues that apply to this resort. These are present in the house and are again created for your own health. A part of the rules is to use the outdoor shower before taking a refreshing dip in the pool! If there is excessive lots of sunscreen in the pool to the detriment of the quality of water. From the outside terrace you have a perfect view of the 18 hole golf course and the unspoilt nature of the Spanish hinterland.

Upstairs there is a large communal roof terrace where you can dry the laundry. Swimming pool:
