Set upon one of the most prestigious and sought after locations on the Golf Resort is this stunning 2BR first floor penthouse apartment. The apartment is situated on the second floor of a block of 4 apartments front-line to the 18th fairway/ green.The apartment consists of a large lounge/ diner separate fully kitchen four piece bathroom suite two double bedrooms with fully fitted wardrobes one large furnished terrace access by both bedrooms one & the lounge and one furnished totally overlooked private roof terrace. The apartment overlooks the 18th fairway/green and has sea, mountain and communal pool views.The property has been fully redecorated and refurnished recently and has flat screen TV with almost all English and international (European) channels that one desire, Internet "WiFi" included, leather suite & dinning table with leather dinning chairs the private roof terrace has an outside shower & sun loungers for that all over tan! Ideal for families couples or even groups wanting to take advantage of the golf sun & sea. The beds are know all new (2017 November) and from IKEA, really relaxing to sleep in. The kitchen has been updated with a induction hob with place for 3 pots/ pans.
The bathroom was totally renovated in January 2020, see the latest photos.

Summary: This was the second time we’ve stayed in this apartment and we absolutely loved it! Accommodation was spotless on arrival , beds are so comfy , loved the new shower.The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and comfy stay. Yet again we were only ones around the pool , which I have to say this is kept spotless too. Sue is fabulous and very helpful . We’ve stayed for many years in another apartment up the road and always admired this apartment. . I’m happy to say we will be booking your beautiful apartment again for next years holiday . Oh we bought an a sun parasol for when we visited El cotillio and have left it in apartment for future guests to use Thank you for a relaxing home from home holiday yet again .
