Exclusive Oceanside ALL INCLUSIVE Luxury Beach Rental. Stay in class.. this home is fully stocked and well appointed awaiting your arrival! Perfect location for families and a quiet getaway. Bed linens and towels included.. just pack your suitcase and lets go! During peak season this house rents in 7 day increments from Fri-Fri. You will need to book 7, 14, 21 days as the weeks cannot be broken up from the end of June through Labor Day.
The home has 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. Sleeping 11 people. On the top floor there is a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with all of the modern amenities and top of the line appliances. The master suite is also located on the top floor of the home and features a king sized bed with cooling technology, a private balcony and a beautiful en suite full bath fit for a queen (or king). On the main bedroom level of the home there are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and a private bathroom. Can't forget about the kids! The bunk room consists of a twin over full bunk with a trundle. There is a lego table filled with games and puzzles (perfect for game night). The 5th bedroom/office on this floor has a single pull out sofa. There is a family room/den furnished with a large comfy sofa, wet bar/beverage fridge and a private balcony. The garage is equipped with all of the gear needed for a day at the beach. On the exterior of the home there is a new outdoor shower with a private changing area. The backyard is fenced in for privacy and has a gorgeous HEATED in ground saltwater pool as well as an outdoor kitchen. There is plenty of seating outdoors to relax, soak up the soon and enjoy a delicious BBQ meal. There is a second full size fridge/freezer in the garage for easy access while entertaining outside. There is also a half bathroom in the garage. Lastly, there is an elevator that runs from the garage up to the kitchen/master level. This house is all inclusive meaning sheets and towels are included!! No need to lug all of your linens down or make the beds! Perfect home for an exclusive vacation down to the Jersey Shore!
