The Space:
Glad Home Mansion is a luxurious 5000 + sq ft,1 acre land, fully renovated home with 10 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, located in Miami SW area, near Coral Gables and Tropical Park. Glad Home Mansion is shrouded in tropical foliage, in a peaceful neighborhood, near touristic attractions, restaurants and other amenities. We are 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the beach. Within 2 minutes access to a main expressway, makes it easy to get to when landing and convenient to access the beach and other top destinations.
Upon arrival at Glad Home Mansion, you will find two gates with code to enter the front parking areas. You will be able to securely park up to twenty cars (in the property) When you enter, you will be greeted with a large living room and open kitchen overlooking the pool and outdoor seating. Make yourself at home by enjoying our many amenities including a tennis court, large pool, pool table, trampoline, movie theater, barbeque and several selfie locations.
On the first floor you will find a large room with TV with cozy furniture to relax. A screened terrace surrounding the kitchen and dining area will also offer a space for relaxation and comfort. A fully equipped laundry is also available.
There is a mezzanine level with two bedrooms, a small one with 2 personal beds and a big one with 2 king beds and private bathroom.
The second floor has a living room space dominating the main entrance and five bedrooms and three bathrooms with 8 personal and 2 king beds. Every room has windows to the back of the house, from where you can see the entire patio.
Glad Home Mansion also has a separate structure located between the pool and the tennis court with 4 personal beds, bathroom and wet bar with refrigerator, very convenient for our guests while doing outdoor activities.
This is a perfect place to organize all type of events, such as weddings, 15 year’s party, Grad celebrations, Boot camps, Business and Corporative meetings and even After Party celebrations.
You will find Glad Home Mansion ready for you, with a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom with toiletries, and more. You can expect tasteful artwork, high-end linens and towels, comfortable beds, cribs and strollers (are available upon request), everything you need for a luxurious stay in paradise.
